9th October 2018 October 9, 2018 By Adele Hollywood On Tuesday 9 October 2018, the Honourable Kim Beazley, AC, at Government House, received Mr R Kennedy, Clerk of the Executive Council. Following this, the Governor presided over a meeting of the Executive Council. The Governor received Mr T Hirayama, Consul General of Japan in Perth and Mr K Miyata, Deputy Consul of Japan in Perth. Following this, the Governor hosted a luncheon for recipients of the 2018 Western Australian of the Year Awards. In the afternoon, the Governor and Ms Annus hosted the Governor’s Wine Council.
