In the afternoon, the Governor receive His Excellency Mr W Waissi, Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan. In the evening, the Governor officiated at the Lowy Institute Launch of the Asia Power Index. Following this, the Governor hosted a dinner.
