19th December 2018 December 19, 2018 By Adele Hollywood On Wednesday 19 December 2018, the Honourable Kim Beazley, AC, at Government House, swore in Mr N Anderson to be a Magistrate in the Magistrate’s Court of Western Australia and Ms C Aisling to be a Judge of the Family Court of Western Australia. Following this, the Governor swore in Mr J Carey MLA as Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Transport; Planning. The Governor then received Professor P Klinken, Chief Scientist and Ms E Smyth. In the evening, the Governor and Ms Annus hosted a reception for Telethon Researchers.
