About the regional visit From Saturday, 20thJuly to Tuesday, 23rd July 2019 the Governor will visit the Pilbara as part of the Governor’s Regional Visit Program. An itinerary has been developed in coordination with the Pilbara Development Commission. The Governor will meet with representatives in Karratha, Roebourne and Port Hedland. About the Cossack Art Awards Coordinated by the City of Karratha, the Awards are widely regarded by many as Australia’s most unique regional art award. The event shines a light on the Pilbara region and promotes the work of local and visiting artists.
