The Hon. Julie Bishop MP is Western Australia’s latest AIIA WA Fellow and delivered a keynote lecture to guests on the international rules based order. A full replay of the evening’s formalities, including the Hon Julie Bishop’s keynote lecture, will be available to watch on Sky News Extra (external link) this weekend (2nd & 3rd November 2019). In 2008, the AIIA launched a national Fellows program to recognise exceptional contributions to Australia’s international relations. The overriding criterion for selection is a person with a strong connection to Australia who has achieved a very high level of distinction in, and made a distinguished contribution to, international affairs.
