For thirty years Western Australia has supplied Japan and South Korea with a unique noodle wheat blend, a blend that cannot be sourced elsewhere. This blend is worth over $700 million annually to Western Australian industry (2 million metric tons per annum) and is Australia’s most stable premium wheat market.
