Mr Koliadis commenced in his role as Consul in 2015. His tenure concludes this month. The important role that Consuls General, Consuls, Honorary Consuls, and their teams, play in looking after the needs of many people in our State is vital to the functioning of the multicultural society that we are lucky to have. According to the 2016 Census, there were more than 2,300 persons born in Greece in WA, and more than 15,000 Western Australians claimed Greek ancestry, an increase of 7% from the 2011 Census.
