3rd December 2019 • Perth USAsia Centre USSC report launch December 3, 2019 By Adele Hollywood The Governor attended a roundtable discussion hosted by Perth USAsia Centre (external link) for the latest United States Studies Centre (external link) report, “Averting Crisis: American Strategy, Military Spending and Collective Defence in the Indo-Pacific”. The three authors of the report undertook over 100 interviews in the US and Australia for the research, and have since briefed policy and expert audiences in Canberra, Sydney, Washington DC and Honolulu. The research was supported by the Australian Department of Defence.
