The Governor was briefed on the current bushfire watch and act advice for suburbs in the City of Kwinana, City of Rockingham and Shire of Serpentine-Jarrahdale. 10th January 2020 • Visit to Baldivis Volunteer Fire & Emergency Services Station January 10, 2020 By Adele Hollywood The Governor met with Mr Craig Waters, Deputy Commissioner of the Department of Fire and Emergency Services (DFES) (external link), at the Baldivis Volunteer Fire and Emergency Services Station. The Station is being used as an Incident Control Centre for bushfires in the local area and surrounds. The Governor also met with the Deputy Incident Controller and Operations Officer.
