The Governor with guests at the front of Government House. 29th January 2020 • Welcome reception for ECU Cyber 2020 Forum January 29, 2020 By Adele Hollywood The Governor hosted a welcome reception for Australian cyber security thought-leaders with Edith Cowan University (ECU) (external link). The ECU Cyber 2020 cybersecurity policy forum was held to review and prioritise the insights collected during Australia’s 2020 Cyber Security Strategy. Western Australia is pivotal in helping to foster our nation’s cyber capability; primarily through Edith Cowan University, home to the headquarters of Australia’s Cyber Security Cooperative Research Centre.
