Professor Nicholson is head of the Phenome Centre at the Harry Perkins Institute (South). This is a new (in WA) research centre of world class character. It is critical in the long term battle with COVID-19. Central to their research is a detection project that deeply understands the complexity of the virus impact immediately on all of us and in the long term. Its research produces an understanding of our susceptibility to the virus in its current and evolving character.
