The Governor with Volunteering WA members Governor hosts lunch for Volunteering WA July 29, 2020 By Adele Hollywood The Governor hosted a lunch for Volunteering WA staff Mr Jason Clifton – Treasurer, Mr Tony Friday – Deputy Chair, Mr David Morrison – Chair, Ms Gemma Rapson – Board Member, Ms Fadzi Whande – Deputy Chair and Ms Tina Williams – Chief Executive Officer. Volunteering WA makes a difference by connecting thousands of volunteers to many community organisations. Volunteering WA aims to build strong communities through volunteering and provide a range of resources, services and support so that people in Western Australia are aware of, and understand, the nature and scope of volunteer activity. National Student Volunteer Week National Student Volunteer Week (#NSVW20) runs from 10th – 16th August 2020. The week provides an opportunity to promote and celebrate student volunteering.
