LR – Dr Sophie Davison and Ms Jennifer Mcgrath – Mental Health Commission Mental Health Commission meet with Governor August 5, 2020 By Adele Hollywood Dr Sophie Davison and Ms Jennifer McGrath from the Mental Health Commission met with the Governor to provide a briefing on the mental health response in WA and recovery efforts post COVID-19. The update included the impact of the pandemic on children and youth. Additionally, one of the Commission’s priorities is to have supported accommodation to help young people who have been discharged from hospital or prison. Ms Jennifer McGrath is the Acting Commissioner of the Mental Health Commission and Dr Sophie Davison is the recently appointed Chief Medical Officer Mental Health.
