The Governor with Mr Richard Offen and Ms Sally-Ann Hasluck from the Royal Western Australian Historical Society Update from The Royal West Australian Historical Society September 14, 2020 By Adele Hollywood The Governor met with Mr Richard Offen and Ms Sally-Ann Hasluck from the Royal West Australian Historical Society and received an update on the Society’s plans to commemorate its upcoming centenary. The Royal Western Australian Historical Society has been researching, assembling and protecting our State’s history since 1926. The Society is supported by volunteers and has a network of over 75 affiliated historical societies and in excess of 2,500 members State-wide. The Society cares for objects and archival papers that reflect the stories of people and organisations across WA from Wyndham to Esperance.
