Judge Kathleen Helen Glancy signing her oath Judge Glancy was admitted to practice in Western Australia on 2 February 1993 after graduating from the University of Western Australia. She was employed at the State Solicitors Office (SSO) from February 1993 and at the time of her appointment as a judge, held the position of Deputy State Solicitor.
