In light of COVID-19, the Governor’s speech focused on the role of health specialists, professionals and leadership generally during challenging times. About the ACHSM The College is a NFP professional membership body with over 2,000 members and wider database in excess of 10,000 people. Members are leaders across the health sector and range from emerging leaders, clinician leaders, senior managers and executives and indeed those accountable for leading the health system. At the commencement of the COVID-19 pandemic, the College pivoted to providing a substantially increased number of professional development events through webcasts. These webcasts are free to College members, many of whom have been responsible for navigating the health sector or their organisations through these difficult times.
