Long table reception setup in Government House Ballroom Hon John McKechnie QC – Chair, Government House Foundation, delivered a message of thanks to Governor and Government House and also provided a brief outline of thoughts and plans for 2021. This event is also a wonderful opportunity to introduce leaders within the community to the invaluable work of the Government House Foundation. Government House is a place which belongs to the people of Western Australia and is a source of pride for all of us. It is a living, breathing, working house. A place for networking to advance the State’s interests and to recognise people who contribute to the fabric of our community. It is a place for community engagement, where important conversations are facilitated with people from all walks of life.
