Keynote Speaker at the event was Australia’s 25th Prime Minister, The Hon John Howard OM AC. The United Israel Appeal is the Australian arm of Keren Hayesod, the global fundraiser dedicated to the wellbeing of the People of Israel. UIA Western Australia works to help strengthen the people of Israel and enrich the Jewish and Zionist communities in WA. Through their General Division and Women’s Division, they have helped countless people in Israel, from building bomb shelters for residents in the South, to ensuring that holocaust survivors have ha place to live in dignity.
