Premier of Western Australia signs Condolence Book for HRH Duke of Edinburgh Premier signs Condolence Book for HRH Duke of Edinburgh April 11, 2021 By Adele Hollywood Mark McGowan, Premier of Western Australia, paid his respects to HRH Duke of Edinburgh on Sunday afternoon, popping in to Government House to sign the Condolence Book. The Condolence Book is available for the Western Australian community to sign until 4pm on Friday. Access to Government House is via the pedestrian gate on St Georges Tce, closest to Irwin Street. The gates will be open from 10am – 4pm until Friday 16th April.
