Swearing-in the Honourable Justice Philip Morrison

The Governor this morning presided over the swearing-in of The Honourable Justice Philip Morrison as an acting judge of the Supreme Court of Western Australia.

The taking of the Oath of Office and the handing over of the Commissions was carried out at Government House.

Guests included the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Western Australia The Hon Peter Quinlan SC, the President of the Court of Appeal of the Supreme Court of Western Australia The Hon Michael Buss, and Mrs Fran Morrison.

Justice Morrison will hold the office through until 21 May 2021.
