The Governor today swore in District Court Judges Lisa Campbell-Tovey and Natalie Whitby District Court Judges swearing in ceremony, and a meeting with the Hon Peter Tinley MLA June 8, 2021 By Carole Kerr The Governor this afternoon swore in two new Judges of the WA District Court. Barrister Lisa Campbell-Tovey and Supreme Court Registrar Natalie Whitby were appointed by Attorney General John Quigley, with the Governor today presiding over the official swearing-in ceremony and handing over of Commissions. Ms Campbell-Tovey has been sworn in as a Judge of the District Court and Children’s Court and commissioner of the Supreme Court of Western Australia. Ms Natalie Whitby has been sworn in as a judge of the District Court and Children’s Court and commissioner of the Supreme Court of Western Australia. Both Judges take up their appointments as from today. The Governor welcomed Ms Campbell-Tovey, Ms Whitby, special guests and families to Government House on such a significant and important occasion and congratulated both Judges on their new appointments.
