Ancient Greeks exhibition at Boola Bardip, attended Consular Corp Reception

Stepping back in time the Governor and Ms Annus enjoyed a visit to our world class WA Museum Boola Bardip to take in the Ancient Greeks: Athletes, Warriors and Heroes exhibition.

The exhibition, on loan from the British Museum, is Boola Bardip’s first major international exhibition and is a showcase of some of the finest examples of Greek sculpture, armour, jewellery, vases and ancient sporting artefacts.

178 pieces are on display making this one of the largest selections of Greek artefacts loaned by the British Museum and an exhibition that should not be missed according to the Governor.

” One of the many advantages of having a superb place like Boola Bardip which is a world class museum, is that WA is able to attract world class exhibitions. This is a terrific exhibition well worth seeing

The Ancient Greeks exhibition is at WA Museum Boola Bardip until November 7. More information can be found here.
