WA Floral Arts Society tour the Gardens

Members of the WA Floral Arts Society today enjoyed a private tour of the spectacular heritage gardens at Government House.

The group started the tour under the shade of one of the oldest trees at Government House, the 156-year-old Norfolk Pine which beautifully frames Government House along the garden’s main footpath to the front of the building.

The tour was led by gardener Claire Maltby who has been at Government House for several years and says tending to the gardens is a dream job.
