Preparing for ANZAC Day activities April 19, 2022 By Ashayla Dawn Day 2 of the mesmerising Poppy display in the Gardens saw a lot of foot traffic, including reporter Kate Massey from Channel 7 News. Ms Massey spent some time achieving the perfect shot before asking the Governor a few questions about the significance of the display. ANZAC Day Discussions The Governor speaks with 6ix. Early this morning, the Governor received a call from 6ix host, Matt Conlan. Mr Conlan is producing a series of discussions set to air on ANZAC Day. Snippets of interviews with current and former ADF personnel, RSL members and Western Australian identities will focus on the importance of commemoration and the role WA plays in the defence of Australia.
