Through the looking glass with the Western Australian Ballet

The Governor and Ms Annus visited His Majesty’s Theatre to take in a performance of ALICE (in Wonderland), performed by the Western Australian Ballet and the West Australian Symphony Orchestra.

Choreographed by world-renowned artistic director, Mr Septime Webre, the story is a vibrant and playful take on Lewis Carroll’s story. Marrying ballet and puppetry, the audience is taken on a wild ride down the rabbit hole and on an adventure through Wonderland.

“The West Australian Ballet really is a wonderful example of the breadth of WA talent. The way they move, it’s just incredible. A must-see.”
