A visit from Israel, a special ExCo and Moneghetti Minerals June 7, 2022 By Ashayla Dawn The Governor welcomed His Excellency Mr Amir Maimon, Ambassador of Israel and his wife, Mrs Tal Maimon. The visit was His Excellency’s first to Western Australia and discussion covered Western Australia’s rich indigenous history, Western Australia’s strong Jewish community and opportunities to build on the economic relationship between Israel and Western Australia, including in defence, technology and rare earths. Executive Council A special meeting of the Executive Council was held today at Government House. In attendance were the Honourable Alannah MacTiernan MLC, Minister for Regional Development; Agriculture and Food; Hydrogen Industry, and the Honourable John Quigley MLA, Attorney General; Minister for Electoral Affairs. Moneghetti Minerals Today, the Governor welcomed Anna Nahajski-Staples, Managing Director of Moneghetti Minerals and Jessica Langer, Investor Relations Manager, to Government House. Moneghetti Minerals is Australia’s first all-female founded gold exploration and development company, which is committed to sustainability and responsibly sourced gold.
