Veterans from RSL Sub-Branches across the State travelled to ANZAC House for the Congress. RSLWA Congress June 11, 2022 By Ashayla Dawn As patron of RSLWA, the Governor was invited to attend their 2022 State Congress. State President of RSLWA, Mr Duncan Anderson, and CEO of RSLWA Mr John McCourt met the Governor at ANZAC House prior to the event which reviews the work of the year passed and acts as a key communication point to Sub-Branches and members for the coming 12 months. The Governor addresses those in attendance. In recognition of the Governor’s lifelong commitment to defence and his ongoing support of veterans issues, he was presented with honorary life membership of the RSL.
