Richard Drain, RN Submariners Association Australia Branch President, the Mayor of Fremantle Ms Hannah Fitzhardinge and Chaplain Bradley Galvin, RAN Submarine Force Chaplain at the 50th Anniversary Periscope Memorial Service in Fremantle. The Governor meets with submariner veterans. The service marked 50 years since British, American and Dutch submarine crews operated out of Fremantle during WW2.
