The Order of Australia and Welcoming France October 12, 2022 By Ashayla Dawn The Order of Australia Members of the Order of Australia Association WA Branch visited Government House for a light morning tea. The Governor and Mrs Dawson thanked those in attendance for promoting good citizenship, volunteering and service above self in our community. The Order of Australia Association provides opportunities for recipients of an award in the Australian Honours system to meet with like-minded people. The WA Branch has over 700 members who have been previously recognised for their valuable contributions to society. Welcoming France The Governor welcomed His Excellency Mr Jean-Pierre Thébault, Ambassador of France on his first official visit to Western Australia.
