Regional Arts WA

A special event in recognition of the work of Regional Arts WA was held at Government House

5 Oct, 2021

Arts, podcasts, farewells, catch-ups and government business – all in a day’s work for the Governor

A celebration in recognition of the work of Regional Arts WA was held at Government House with the Governor acknowledging the efforts of members and supporters of this key not-for-profit organisation.

Regional Arts WA works hard to represent, support and promote arts communities and hubs across the state, with the Governor agreeing to be their Patron earlier this year.

“The work Regional Arts WA does in strengthening and celebrating our regional communities is very close to my heart,” said the Governor. “Positively reinforcing a community’s sense of self-worth through art and art hubs is a massive contribution to this state”
