The Governor is proud to be Patron of this wonderful organisation which helps children in their most vulnerable developmental stages and the families who have them in their care. To recognise the occasion, the Governor sent a video message which was played at the organisation’s anniversary event, Ngala believes every child deserves the opportunity to be their best, and that parenting should be a joyful and rewarding experience.
