The Governor with one of the Noongar Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s Founding Director’s Oral McGuire, and CEO Tim Milsom Meeting with representatives from the Noongar Chamber of Commerce and Industry February 25, 2021 By Carole Kerr Noongar Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NCCI) Chief Executive Officer Tim Milsom and Founding NCCI Director Oral McGuire were today welcomed to Government House for a catch-up with the Governor. The Chamber is a business advocacy group for Aboriginal owned businesses in Western Australia. The meeting provided a chance for the Governor to get an update on the purpose, vision and goals for the Chamber, as well as a briefing on the progress of the Aboriginal Business hub located in Subiaco. NCCI was founded by a group of passionate community leaders in 2018 who all run their own Noongar businesses, and is aimed at bridging the gap between the commercial world in which all businesses operate, and Noongar community cultural values.
